I highly recommend Philip to anyone needing a real estate professional. He brings the complete array of skills and knowledge to the real estate process. As a top producer, he has broad market knowledge, a wide client network, extensive transaction experience and a non-stop work ethic. He particularly excels once an offer is received, with negotiation skills, problem solving and a drive to close. Add to this his personable demeanor and client service orientation and you have a top notch agent that delivers real value.

Excellent knowlege and service.

Phillip and his team made our home look amazing. The staging team was sooooo good!! What I really appreciated was every bump in the road all I heard was "I'll take care of it" It was the smoothest real estate transaction we have ever had.

Philip is a 10/10 realtor! Knowledgeable, passionate, and very helpful. He made the process easy!

Phillip has done an amazing job for us. He handled every issue that came up. He made our job easy, and put together an amazing team that handled everything from photography to staging. The DeMatteo team exceeded our expectations every step of the way.

We have had the pleasure of selling 3 houses using Philip and his team. They are consummate professionals and always kind, responsive and helpful. He offers a full service package and I could not be happier with the results!

From beginning to end, great advise to make house show beautifully, and sold quickly at a top price. Everything from communication, cleanup, staging, advertising, open house, resulted in a quick sale at a higher price than expected. Philip DeMatteo and his staff including Tina and Stacy, are tops.

Everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would recommend Phillip and his team of Stacy and Tina 1000%
