This was the 4th time I worked with Pete on a sale or purchase of a home. When it comes to buying a home, you won't find a more knowledgeable and experienced relator. Whenever I have looked at a potential home with Pete he arrived well ahead of me, had thoroughly researched the property and pointed out pertinent positive and negatives about the property. I have felt very comfortable having him assist me with the purchase of 2 homes. I have sold 2 properties with Pete and he has proven to be an excellent negotiator and has helped me receive top dollar for my property. I can't say enough good things about my experiences working with Pete Gross and would not hesitate to contact him for my real estate needs in the future!
