Peggy Julicher from Fox and Roach Realtors was the consummate professional helping us negotiate a good deal on the ideal property after we finally made the decision to downsize. She knows the Real Estate business and is up-to-date on the latest trends and regulations and was able to competently navigate through a complicated situation. If you are looking for an agent to help you find and obtain the home you are looking for, my wife and I both agree that Peggy was absolutely the right agent for us.

Peggy was wonderful! I was a newbie to this process and she walked me through every step of the way! 10/10!!

Peggy is top notch. I appreciated her guidance and recommendations every step of the way! She was available to answer any questions I had and helped me sell my home as quickly as I needed.

If I could give Peggy more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! She is beyond professional and knowledgeable. She really cares about her clients and does everything, in my case including painting our laundry room, yes that’s true, just to get the results she knows you can achieve. She is very easy to talk to and she truly listens to you. She’s super responsive and, again really knows the market and the business. I cannot recommend Peggy strongly enough, you will be so happy you chose her to represent you!!Thanks again Peggy!
