Not only is Pavel highly knowledgeable about the market here in Jersey City/Hoboken, but he went above and beyond in doing a couple of things that I hadn’t expected from a real estate agent: 1) He consistently asked questions to probe our exact needs, even though the answers may have led to interest in lower-priced properties. 2) There was a complete absence of any pressure to buy within a certain timeframe. I sensed that Pavel would have provided the same level of service if we had been looking for many years as if we had been looking for just a few weeks. Ultimately, we wound up buying through an off-market deal, which generally results in lower fees for the agent, and even so, Pavel’s extremely high level of service was the same until the closing date was over. Aside from the above, Pavel’s responsiveness and the level and amount of insight that he offers are extraordinary. We couldn’t be more pleased, and we couldn’t recommend Pavel more highly.
