Drawing upon her 26+ years as a Vail Valley resident and more than 15 years as a real estate broker associate, Paula Fischer's valley-wide expertise, extending from East Vail to Gypsum, delivers breadth of knowledge and a unique perspective to clients looking to buy or sell in the Vail Valley and Eagle County. In addition to her real estate market savvy, clients also benefit from her background and experience owning and operating a local construction company with her husband for the past 30 years. The combination provides for value-added insights into both sides of the market, including first-hand knowledge of the ROI for improvements or buyers looking for land on which to build. Paula's client-centric focus also includes personalized familiarization home tours, which allow buyers the opportunity to gain inside knowledge about the different markets and opportunities and amenities specific to each community. These include the lifestyle benefits of the luxury/resort areas of Vail, Beaver Creek, Arrowhead and Cordillera to the "down Valley" and lower price point markets of Eagle and Gypsum, all of which Paula has selling and buying experience. Outside the real estate and construction arenas, Paula makes time to enjoy the area she loves and has called home for nearly three decades. Outside activities include skiing, biking, hiking and staying involved with her church and local community events. She is married to Randy Fischer, with whom they have two grown sons and a daughter-in-law.
