Paula was great did awesome job love her

Paula is amazing. She describes herself as a realtor for life, and it rings true. Not only did she help me navigate the process of finding and buying a house, but she also helped make sure it was ready to live in as a home, and helped me connect to important services and conveniences in my new city. I really appreciate the work and expertise she has provided, and highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor in the Tri-Cities area.

We went with Paula, as she had helped my cousin purchase her new home and was pleased with her service. We decided to gave Paula a try ourselves, and we were not disappointed. She was good at picking up our cues of whether we liked a home or not. It didn't take us long to figure out which home we wanted after we viewed four of them. We put our offer down on the home we wanted and the sellers grabbed onto it instantly. Paula assisted us with the inspection and what items to have the sellers fix. After we officially got the keys to the home, Paula gave us a beautifully engraved stone that said: "Welcome from the Long Family" plus some other goodies. If you want an honest and proactive agent, I would give consideration to Paula.

We worked with Paula Duranceau in buying a home, and she was phenomenal! Paula was responsive, attentive, and invested in making sure we found the house that didn't just check some boxes but was truly the home for us. She took the time to get to know us and our family and build that trust. Paula organized many last minute showings as houses would show up on the market over the course of several months. We were so grateful for her patience and dedication to us. We can't wait to work with Paula in selling our old home!

Paula, was the absolute best! She was very helpful and respectful of our wishes. She was never pushy. She wanted to make sure we found a house that was fitting for our family and our needs. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house. You will be in great hands!

100% I would and will recommend Paula to all friend, family, colleagues and anyone else who is willing to listen. She goes the extra mile in every way. She’s the absolute best!
