Paula is an excellent realtor and knows how to work with customers , vendors , inspectors and builders very well. She is professional and made us feel comfortable as we were relocating from Dallas, Texas and searching for a home during the Covid pandemic period is not easy. She set up our appointments via Facetime and sent reminders for upcoming appointments so we did not miss any key dates. We landed up going with a new construction finally and Paula helped us from inception taking lot pictures and being there until closing. She is punctual, follows thru and makes it easy by giving all reports in folder so customers don't have to look around. She arranged and recommended for independent inspection and was there in case we could not be there. If the builder promised something, Paula will follow up so that it is not forgotten. She has excellent negotiation skills and would go the extra mile to accommodate to setup appointments for pre dry wall walkthrough and final walk through prior to closing day.
