Paula made buying our home easy. With her years of experience, she knew exactly what she was doing, and she was professional and on time at every step. Her commitment to finding us the right home never wavered, and we trusted her completely. We'd gladly work with her again.

Paula went beyond expectations in all areas for us as seller's. We received more than expected and the accepted offer happened in two days . The final sale took place in 3 weeks. All of the details were covered by Paula without us having to worry about the details. Also, Paula does an incredible job staging the property which makes all of the difference. Thanks Paula for all your help , Marie and Geoff

Paula , thanks for surpassing all of our expectations. We sold our home for more than we expected and the whole deal closed in a little over 3 weeks from listing date. Thanks for meeting us where we were at and supporting us through the entire process. thanks Marie and Geoff

Working with Paula on the sale of the home was seamless! She made every step and worked with us to make sure everything went smooth and all our questions were answered. Paula consistently went out of her way to ensure the house was ready to get on the market and once it was, sold very quickly! I live out of state and could not have asked for a smoother home sale. I would highly recommend Paula to anyone who is looking for a great realtor in Wisconsin and if we ever move back we will be calling her! Thank you Paula for all the support over the last couple months on the sale of the home.

Paula is a true professional. I couldn't be more happy with her great service to me and my family. I'm sure she is treasured by Shorewest Realty. I give her 5 stars without hesitation. Steven Schwalbach

This is the second home I've sold with Paula's help. She is knowledgeable, helpful and so personable making this complex process manageable. Her guidance helped me every step of the way on what was a rather difficult sale. I've referred Paula to several others who were equally impressed with her professionalism and happy with her results.

We love working with Paula! Her communication is great, she understands her clients’ needs/wants, and she tirelessly works on their behalf. There’s a reason we’ve worked with her on two home purchases and one home sale… she’s top notch!

Working with Paula exceeded any expectations I held for a real estate agent. In less than three weeks we went from off market to accepted offer! Paula worked tirelessly staging the house and providing advice on how best to position the house for a sale. She was readily available to answer any questions I had. She oversaw all of the sale negotiations and the closing went off without a hitch.

Paula was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. As first-time homebuyers, Paula’s positive and comforting demeanor put our minds at ease, and she earned our trust quickly with her unparalleled expertise and dedication. We couldn’t be happier to have worked with her to purchase our first home. Thank you, Paula!!

This is the second time I've used Paula to purchase a property - the first, a condo, the second a single family home. Both times were excellent. She is knowledgeable and isn't just another real estate agent trying to sell you a home or writing you off because the home you're looking for isn't 600k+ (I experienced this, before realizing I don't know why I didn't just reach out to Paula the second time, dumb!) She is knowledgeable, has the connections, and is willing to "run" when its time to run. Didn't matter if it was middle of the day, a weekend, a day off, she always made time to talk on the phone or show up. She is a true professional. She is great about pointing things out and her experience truly shines - all while still giving you the freedom of choice and opinion. Writing with her was simple as well - shes got the framework, makes suggestions, but still leaves the controls in your hand. We walked over 50 houses together, wrote on 2, and got accepted on the second (which I am not mad at about at all! Less money, more house, more yard, better area! It was meant to be). We've been in our new home now for just over a month and have 0 regrets. Very happy!! Thank you Paula and Shorewest.
