Paul was suggested by a family friend who lives in the area. We were a 7 hour drive away and Paul made the sale and all the little jobs that ideally are done locally much much easier and more effective. His openness, friendliness and willingness (and ability) to help and coordinate many of these jobs and details that come up when an older house is on the market was incredibly helpful and made everything much smoother and better.
