Patton was born and raised on Florida’s Gulf Coast. He has been a Realtor® since 2004 but with a father in the industry, he started learning “the art of the deal” alongside his very first steps. Since then, he has closed approximately 300 residential sides and was recognized as a Top Producer for nine years by Keller Williams. <br><br>Patton approaches real estate with the knowledge that there are no problems, only solutions waiting to be found. He aims to be a “full service” agent to his clients, and his goal is to be their trusted source for not just one transaction, but for life. He believes in doing the job right, working with integrity, and always placing his customers first. Passionate about sharing his knowledge with other agents, Patton has been invited to speak at training seminars in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Orlando on the topics of short sales, real estate investing, and real estate fraud prevention. He received an MBA from University of Tampa and a Bachelors in Psychology from University of South Florida.<br><br>Outside of real estate, Patton is dedicated to the arts, and produces events that celebrate art and music – including festivals and galleries at Art Basel in Miami. Always one to ride above the waves, Patton spent three seasons as a white-water raft guide in western North Carolina. He is also learning cryptocurrency. Patton is a member of The Ringling, the nonprofit Burnt Oranges, dedicated to promoting the artistic communities of Florida, and supports the Breast Cancer Foundation of America. <br><br>Family is everything to Patton and he’s proud of his fiancé, Belinda, two children, Wyatt and Starr, their dog, JoJo, and cat, LeeLoo. <br>
