I just want to say how pleased my family and I were with the service that we received from Kevin & Patricia Henderson, as well as the Sibcy Cline team! We threw every conceivable problem at the Hendersons, to include a disabled brother who still occupied the house, a mother who owned the house, yet could not adequately sign any paperwork well, and a son who had Power of Attorney rights, and yet was mobilized to Iraq! The Hendersons took all of these challenges in stride and still managed to sell the house within 60 days, and that in a very depressed market.
