Absolutely loved working with Patti. She is amazingly patient. She is very knowledgeable and keeps you up to date thru the entire buying process. I would highly recommend Patti!!!

Patti is an exceptional real estate agent in Sussex County, Delaware, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking representation in a real estate transaction. Throughout the entire process, from property showings to submitting offers and settlements, Patti provided outstanding service. She was incredibly responsive, meticulous in her information and reviews, and overall, very helpful. As a realtor myself, I couldn’t have had a better agent to represent me. Thank you, Patti, for all the intangible support you provided to help me complete my real estate transaction. I’m truly grateful!

I can’t imagine a realtor that would have done more for us during our move to Lewes. She was so helpful and really had our interests at heart each step of the way. You can’t go wrong choosing Patti for your realtor.

My brother and I worked with Patti selling our condominium. As this was a summer home for us 3 hrs away, Patti took extra steps with assisting us when we were preparing to close with the buyer. She made arrangements or recommendations and met with 3rd parties with furniture we donated to local chapters, was available to meet with contractors for some repairs when we couldn’t. She would also stop by the residence to make sure there were no issues. She kept us informed during the sale of the house and during settlement.

Our Family has completed two (2) successful transactions using Patti and I attribute the success to Patti’s knowledge of the market, process and absolute attention to detail. Additionally, she was always communicative and pleasant to deal with.

We worked with Patti to buy our Lewes townhouse and she always stayed in touch with us. It was a natural step to return to her when we were ready to sell our home. She guided us throughout the selling process, provided comprehensive guidance, and was responsive to our emails, texts, and phone calls. All of this resulted in a sale of our home within two days. Patti has years of experience, knowledge of the Lewes market, and a great person. We would work with her again.

We have bought and sold many homes in our time and have worked with many many realtors. Patti is the best realtor I’ve ever met and worked with. She blew us away the way she goes above and beyond what you would normally expect. Her work ethic is impeccable. Her attention to detail was quite impressive. She comes well prepared and her knowledge of the Delaware area is amazing. Any questions we had about a particular area, she could answer off the top of her head and never had to say I’ll have to get back to you. She also possesses tremendous knowledge of Maryland real estate. Her long career and success as a realtor does not surprise me. We’ve used Patti on two properties so far and I can’t emphasize enough to look no farther than her for all your real estate needs. . She was so great to work with and so easy to communicate with, we have also become great friends. 😊

I want to commend Patti for her outstanding performance in selling our beach house. Patti is friendly, personable, and very easy to work with. Her aggressive approach to advertising, including open houses and well-distributed pamphlets, made a significant impact. Communication with her was consistently excellent through phone calls, emails, and texts. She possesses a strong knowledge of the real estate market and supports you throughout the entire process. During the settlement phase, she was fully engaged, ensuring she was copied on all paperwork and that all relevant information was updated on the legal side. I would highly recommend Patti.

Patti was there for us every step of the way. Always reviewed everything with us to get us the best deal and keep us 100% informed. I recommend Patti to any prospective home buyer.
