She communicated clearly at every stage, and handled each detail with care and confidence. I relied heavily upon her, and her guidance made the home-buying process smooth and less stressful. I recommend Patty to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy real estate professional.

She arranged for beautiful pictures both inside and out of our home. Answered our many questions and gave us gelpful tips. We received an offer above asking 3 days after listing. We highly recommend working with Patty! She is experienced, knowledgeable, responsive and highly capable. We so appreciated her honest and informative take on the properties we toured. Patty provided us with realistic and practical advice. When we were ready to make an offer, she conducted the negotiation with the same care and attention she would had it been her own transaction. She clearly understands the substance and can advise on PA contract provisions. In the end, we purchased the lake house of our dreams! Thank you Patty:)

This is our 2nd transaction with Patty @ Chant. We can tell you that Patty is an exceptional realtor. She was on top of things and always responded back in a timely manner. Not only is she very professional, but she has a great personality. I would highly recommend anyone to get in touch with Patty for their next real-estate transaction. 5*****
