We wish to tell you how professionally Patty Stewart guided us through the process of selling our home in Venice Golf & Country Club. She had the wisdom and the patience to keep presenting our home to the public via many open houses and we closed the sale yesterday.

I wanted to let you know how pleased my wife and I were with Patty Stewart. She worked with us for several months while we were selling our home in Tennessee, providing updates on properties we were interested in. Patty exceeded our expectations once again as this was the third time she has helped us. She also referred us to your Mortgage and title divisions and the staff at each made the financing and closing process go very smoothly.
