Excellent realtor

I recently needed help with a move to the Stamford area. I'm wasnt too familiar with the area, as I am moving from out of state but working with Patricia made the whole process seamless and stress free. She spent the day with me touring apartments and condos and giving me the inside scoop of Stamford life. She listened to what my likes/dislikes were and made sure I was happy before making a final decision. Patricia is amazing and a joy to work with. I would recommend anyone looking to move in or around the area to reach out to Patricia! She's an expert and knows exactly what she's doing :)

We have loved working with Patricia! She tells it like it is and you really feel like you are the client, and not just a sale trying to be made.

Patricia is an expert. She was helpful through every phase of the process, preparing, marketing and negotiating. I highly recommend her if you are selling your house.

Patricia is very efficient and professional- would highly recommend working with her and will go to her for all my Stamford real estate needs moving forward!

Passionate, experienced, knowledgeable, insightful, professional. Patricia Rattray exhibits exceptional capability and integrity. Much more than selling houses, Patricia gets to know her buyers and finds the home right for them. I have watched her solve mortgage challenges and manage the negotiation to closing process. When a friend told me he and his wife were looking to buy in Connecticut, Patricia immediately came to mind. She preformed impressively.

Patricia was a consummate professional throughout our home hying journey. Her expertise and guidance was instrumental in helping us find and succeed in purchasing our home.

Patricia was a pleasure to work with. She quickly grasped exactly what we were looking for and followed up with available listings and showings.

Patricia is an extremely direct and honest realtor, who is great with full lifecycle management of investment property. She'll find you a great property, and help you be sure you have tenants in it as much as possible. I'm now remote to the property so it's a blessing having Patricia's help to manage things while I'm not local. I'm sure she's good with regular residential too, but I got her help with an investment property.

Patricia knows real estate well, and brings in a full roster of people to help with rental properties from her network. She's diligent and trustworthy, I highly recommend her!
