I had a lot of fears before putting my home up for sale. Trish went over all my concerns, explained to me what really needed to be done before listing my home. She understood my finances were tight & I only had to do minimal painting & cleaning out (which also was preparing for me to move). I was handling this sale long-distance and Trish took a tremendous amount of the stress of that situation off me because she explained the whole process & everything that I had to do so clearly. She also referred me to a very reliable handyman for clean-up and new locks, etc. As soon as the property was listed, I received an offer to buy it 'as is', but for a price that I believed was too low. Trish gave me excellent advice about how to conduct the negotiations and the buyer wound up paying almost $13,000 more than their initial offer. Can't say enough about how helpful she was!
