Pat Leggett went above and beyond in representing us on our recent home purchase. She sent letters out to many homeowners in the neighborhood we originally were targeting. When we decided to expand our search, she patiently worked with us, showing us different homes and neighborhoods, until we found the neighborhood we liked best.
Even though we noticed our eventual home ourselves first (it was slightly above target price range), it was through studying the detailed comps she ran and tracking listings, she very capably showed properties and represented us throughout this successful transaction.
