Pat served us well, as an agent and good friend. As we prepared to down-size, she provided us with valuable information, advice and personal support. She made the transition for us smoother and was readily available whenever we needed her. What a wonderful person who helped us find our new home! Thank you, Pat! God bless you always!
We contacted Sibcy Cline and right away Pat got in contact with us. We began working with her on March 2, 2014. She was so welcoming when we first met her and was all about us. She told us the good and the bad about each house we looked at, and stopped us from looking at things that weren't good, all the way around. Pat was very understanding and aware of our financial situation as well as our wants and needs for the home we were buying. With our 2 year old as our first priority, she stuck by our side each time we wanted to look at a house or put an offer on one. A short month later, in April, we found the house we wanted, put an offer on it and got accepted. Pat was very honest, easy to talk to and always had our back. She is someone I would love to work with again and plan on keeping in touch with. She touches your heart and makes it happen.
It was a pleasure working with Pat and Sibcy Cline. She even helped me find my condo I purchased two doors from hers. She has become a great friend. I especially liked home services
Pat is a great Realtor! She gets to know her clients and understands what they are interested in purchasing. She is honest and forthright. Pat was able to get us a great guy to do the home inspection.
I absolutely loved working with Pat! She was not pushy and was very intuitive on things you wouldn't normally think about. I felt like I knew her for a long time.
Pat was always quick to answer our questions and concerns. She is very knowlegeable about the comps in the area and this was crucial for the quick sale of our house!
Pat was a gem! She took very good care of me and went above and beyond what her duties were. I will definitely refer Pat to any of my friends who are looking to relocate andor sell.
