So happy that we had Patricia as our agent. She held her hand throughout the process and helped to guide us throughout. She was knowledgeable and energetic, and I really think we got the best possible deal because of her expertise. We trusted her implicitly and were not disappointed. We would recommend her without hesitation to friends and have already done so. We were also very impressed with the extra services that Howard Hannah/Rand offered.
Very professional never stop helping us searching for the right house, wasn't a easy road but Patricia never give up hope. Five stars and two thumbs up 👍
Patricia is the best! She worked hard to help us find the house and win the contract. It took us seven months to finally bought the house. Through all the time, she had shown us countless houses and submitted countless offers. She was always on top of everything and whenever we need her to show the house or make offer, she was always there with great patience. She is very pleasant to work with, really a hard-working, diligent and great realtor. I absolutely highly recommend her.
