My agent, Pat Padgett, helped guide me through all of the processes in selling my home of 37 years. This included what improvements I needed to make so my house would sell for a higher price to how to stage the house and property for showing. She even worked in my garden so it too looked better.

I am absolutely thrilled to share my exceptional experience working with Pat Padgett (pat.padgett@longandfoster.com) throughout my recent real estate journey, as well as on numerous previous occasions. I bring Pat a bunch of curve balls, and Pat showcases an unparalleled level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication to get the deal done -- every time. Having had the privilege of utilizing Pat's services for multiple purchases and sales, I can confidently attest to her consistent and outstanding performance. Her meticulous planning, attention to detail, and comprehensive addendums have been a consistent hallmark of every transaction we have undertaken together. It is truly a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence that she maintains such a high standard across all her endeavors. At the moment we are in the throes of the most trying deal ever and on more than one occasion Pat's handy work has prevented us [me] from the losing deal, losing money or worst yet costing me money! Pat comes with a team of experienced providers which also enables complex deals to successfully complete (fingers crossed)!! My dream house is coming into view, but it required an agent with 25 years of varied real estate experience to get this purchase to the table. In each instance, Pat has demonstrated her exceptional ability to manage even the most challenging situations and personalities in the real estate landscape. Her adept negotiation skills, paired with her ability to maintain composure and professionalism, have time and again proven to be invaluable assets. No matter the complexity of the deal or the personalities involved, Pat has always navigated the process with finesse and effectiveness. FINESSE is needed! I cannot emphasize enough how grateful I am for Pat's guidance and support. Her expertise has not only resulted in successful transactions but has also transformed what could have been stressful experiences into smooth and enjoyable journeys. If you are seeking a real estate agent with a proven track record of planning, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex situations, look no further than Pat. She has consistently exceeded my expectations, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have had her expertise guiding me through multiple real estate endeavors.

I have been working with Pat for over 10 years. I have been conducting settlements with Pat for years and all her Buyers look to her as being the backbone of the transaction. She is the glue that holds us all together. The coordination of the TEAM of experts to produce a successful transaction is what her goal is for every deal. She understands the Title aspect of the industry better than anyone I know. If we have defects in the title or problems obtaining documentation she jumps right in to rectify the situation. Pat also has an understanding of the lending side of the transaction so if there are any issues that need to be resolved and accounted for while in underwriting she does not stop until it is satisfied. I would recommend Pat to anyone I know looking to buy a home or sell a home including my family which I have already done as well.

Pat is awesome. We used her service to sell our home, as a rental agent and to purchase our new home. She was exceptional in all 3 events. My husband and I felt at ease knowing Pat was taking care of us. I will recommend her to people I know. Keep up the exceptional service, Pat. We, the Lari, love us some Ms. Pat :-)

Pat is the best period. Most patient and caring and MOST professional agent I have ever worked with!

Pat was a god-sent to us. She was extremely helpful and very patient with us through the entire process. The lady even went to the store with me to get flowers to plant around the house. I love Pat and everything she did for us to get our house ready for sale and keep us posted through every process. We highly recommend Pat anytime to anyone!
