Pat is who you want and need if you’re looking for a home. He is always available and answered our questions quickly. He went out of his way to get answers, no matter how trivial. We are not from the area so they were very helpful with the local ins and outs we weren’t familiar with.

Pat led us through all aspects of the purchase and made the process easy and delightful. He was vigilant in protecting our interests and we are very grateful to him and his professionalism which continued post closing of the sale.

He assessed property features both positive and negative...no "hard sell" tactics!

We have had numerous real estate transactions in 5 different states but have had the most pleasant and least aggravating experience working with Pat and Kate from Chase. Every detail from locating an appropriate property, scheduling convenient appointments and pointing out things both positive and negative during viewings was addressed. Their attentiveness has not ended with the transfer of funds as they are checking to make sure some deferred maintenace issues are taken care of prior to our relocation. With out a doubt this has been the best home purchase experience we ever have had.

The chase team that we worked with were fabulous. They were great to work with. Pat and Kate understood what we were looking for and found it . They were both there for every detail of closing - inspections and paperwork. We thank both Pat and Kate for making buying a home a fun, wonderful and easy adventure and meticulously taking care of all the details.

It’s been a pleasant experience working with Pat and Kate. Very helpful through out , beginning to end.

We’ve bought and sold homes in several different markets over the years, and in our experience Pat and Kate are truly the best of the bunch. We recently relocated from Florida to Gardnerville, Nevada, and buying a home long-distance could have been overwhelming. Pat and Kate guided us through the entire process with clarity, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of the Carson Valley and its neighborhoods. From virtual showings and honest local insight to handling inspections, negotiations, and closing details, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Even from across the country, we always felt informed and supported. What really stood out was how much they cared about making sure the home and the location were right for us—not just completing a transaction. If you’re relocating to Gardnerville or the Carson Valley, we would recommend Pat and Kate without hesitation. Thanks so much, Lori and Bob
