Pat was awesome! He made it as quick and as painless as possible. He was easily accessible, communicated clearly, and made everything understandable. He took care of us well.
We have had Pat on several transactions starting 50 years ago when we moved to Fullerton from back east and he was our agent.. We have had Pat on single residents, a couple of condos and have never had a problem. He goes overboard to make everything simple and has his clients best interest are heart throughout the entire procedure. He is a professional's professional for sure
Pat handled three transactions for us over the last 15 years. His experience, knowledge, and counsel have saved us thousands of dollars in these transactions.
Pat was an excellent choice of realtor for my situation. I was very pleased with his professionalism from day one and would highly recommend his services to friends, family, anyone I know looking to sell their property. He has a vast wealth of knowledge in the real estate field and in the Fullerton area specifically where my now sold condo is located. He priced my home to sell quickly, and it did. I sincerely appreciate Pat's expertise and friendly personality, and wish him continued success in the future.
This was the fourth transaction Pat has handled for someone in our family. He is far better than any other real estate agent any of us have used on the past. Very smooth transaction. Pat is simply the best!
TRIED A COUPLE TEAM OF MOTHER AND DAUGHTER FIRST, FROM FIRST TEAM, WHAT A MISTAKE. THEY WERE A NO SHOW AT 2 OF THE OPEN HOUSES.
PAT SHOWED THE HOUSE MORE IN THE FIRST WEEK THAN THE OTHER 2 DID IN 3 MONTHS
PAT GOT US $ 300,000 OVER COMPS IN THE AREA, DUE TO HIS MARKETING AND NEGOCIATING SKILLS.
I have been working with Pat McGinnis for many years now and he has never failed to provide excellent service. I have the utmost faith and trust in Pat both personally and professionally. I would not hesitate to call upon him to handle my real estate needs. I have enthusiastically plauded him to my friends and will continue to do so. First Team Real Estate is fortunate to have Pat McGinnis in their organization.
