I would recommend Pat & Brian Goebel to anyone needing realtor services! They were very knowledgeable about what to do to get a house ready to go in the market. They offered personal assistance with so many local services to help prepare the home. (We are not local). Most importantly, Pat and Brian were available, responsive, and walked us through all the paperwork so we were familiar with the steps and processes involved in listing and closing in the house. Pat & Brian are fun and personable. I almost wish I had another house to sell!

Pat is very thorough with years of experience. I felt like she was really working for me and doing her best so my sister and I could get the best price possible for the house that we sold.
