My agent, Pat Judy went out of her way to serve my needs. A few times by personally going to my empty condo to check on water leaks, or door locks, even to having someone else check on possible water leaks when a high wind and driving rain storm caused damage to the condo building. Pat Judy was extremely professional and honest with me throughout the entire process.
