Great

Working with Pat on selling my home was one of the best decisions I made. Pat made the process very easy and painless. Pat had a contract on my house the first day he placed the sign in the yard. And he sold my home for considerable for than I expected. I would highly recommend Pat to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We came from out of state and he found a home for us in one week. It was 2 months prior to our move. Pat took care of everything, home inspection, coordinated repairs, made sure utilities were functioning. Really nice guy, very responsive to our needs. I would highly recommend.

I cannot express how grateful my wife and I both are to have had Pat take us to closing on our first home. While it wasn’t “stress-free” we had all our questions answered, all our hopes considered, and the road map and support he provided every step of the way made it the most painless process imaginable. We now have the keys to a home that is our favorite house, on our favorite street, in our favorite area on the coast. There were no surprises with the inspection and Pat was able to negotiate for certain repairs where all parties were happy with the outcome. Thank you, Pat, from the bottom of my family’s heart. People need to know you are the real deal and your passion and expertise is evident after the first conversation. Give Pat a call and have him help you like he helped us and thank me later.

Pat is a great agent that thinks outside the box. He has drive and determination to meet his clients needs. I know I continue to use him on all of my real estate deals and will refer him to anyone asking about a real estate transaction. Side note: He takes the best pictures of properties.

You will not find a better agent than Pat. We are investors that buy properties out of state. We needed a realtor who was capable and willing to go the extra mile to bridge the gap for us in numerous areas and Pat was that guy. He has gone far and above what is traditionally expected from a realtor time and again. From conducting virtual property walk throughs to coordinating local construction efforts, Pat has done everything and anything he can to ensure we are successful in our MS Gulf Coast Real Estate ventures. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
