Pamela gave excellent advice on an issue pertaining to my home. I highly recommend her for needs pertaining to home ownership.

As a busy executive and business owner, it is critical to surround myself with the highest level of excellence and quality at all times. My overall success is absolutely dependent on this. My new home journey was no exception - especially in an ultra competitive and challenging East Bay Market. My mission was clear - find an excellent, spacious, move in ready home back in my beloved city of Oakland. For this mission, there was no greater choice for my real estate representation - and her name is Pamela K. Sweeney. Pam made this arduous (and often stressful) process easy to manage and provided a highly detailed analysis for literally dozens of homes we toured in person. With Pam’s dedication, energy, superior market knowledge and tireless support, I am know the proud owner of a fantastic estate, exceeding all of my expectations. If you are serious and committed about having a life changing, turn-key experience, please do not waste another minute of your precious time looking elsewhere. Like the immortal words, sung by the legendary Anna Mae Bullock, Pam is “Simply the Best!”

Exemplary Service Beyond Closing - We recently purchased a home where Pamela acted as the seller's agent. Not only did she provide excellent service during the buying process, but she went above and beyond by assisting us with post-closing activities. Pamela was incredibly prompt and professional in her communication, always responding to our inquiries quickly and thoroughly. She truly impressed us by compiling a comprehensive list of highly skilled professionals (e.g., landscapers, contractors, etc.) who proved to be invaluable after we closed on the house. Pamela's dedication to ensuring a smooth transition even after the sale is a testament to her exceptional character and commitment to client satisfaction. We highly recommend Pamela to anyone seeking a professional and supportive realtor.

I met MS Sweeney several years ago and I was impressed with her real-estate knowledge. It has been necessary for me to revalue my three properties. Pamela was able to provide me with the new update values. However, I was informed that Legalley the properties values must be performed, by a license appraiser. I was provided by MS Sweeney with the names of three appraisers. I was pleased with the one I chose. I believe that if you have real-estate issues you should contract Pamela K Sweeney. I HIGHLY RECOMMENED HER

My Vede and I just recently closed on our first home, and it would not have been possible without Pam's expertise, experience, and service. From the outset of our home search with Pamela, she was informative and proactive in sharing the process with us and what we should be expecting. She was able to give us early guidance about what trends she was seeing in the market and what would be required to get our desired house. All of the things Pamela shared came true and were critical to us getting our house. Through some challenges with the lender messing up documentation, Pamela was able to keep the seller's agent informed as to keep the deal moving forward and the sellers at the table. Pamela is professional, timely, and service-oriented. She listens to what your needs and wants are and successfully translates that for maximum outcome. We strongly encourage anyone looking for a house to use Pam as their agent.

Years before I decided to actually sell my house, I knew exactly who I would get to list it. For years I had watched Pamela Sweeney list homes in my neighborhood and saw how professional she was and how well curated the homes were that she listed. When the time came to list my home, I called Pamela. She jumped into action and was fully accessible, open and honest about our prospects and extremely knowledgeable of the process from start to finish. Pamela has a cadre of contractors at her disposal who can hit the ground running. They were able to get our home to market quickly. Pamela was knowledgeable of all the city requirements and how to get them done quickly and at the lowest price. Pamela was the consummate professional and got my home sold quickly.

Pamela Sweeney helped me find a house that was within my budget in a very competitive market. I appreciated her negotiation skills as she worked with inspectors and convinced the seller to reduce the price of the home. As a first-time home buyer, I appreciated that she helped to educate me throughout the process and took care of a number of tasks on my behalf.

Pamela was amazing from start to finish. We started searching for a home in November, did not find one until April and we did not close on it until June. She was attentive to our needs at all hours of the day. We work night shift and she kept up with our texts and emails at 2 and 4 am! It was our first time buying a home, and the market is CRAZY! She helped navigate every aspect of the market while answering our very pedestrian questions. She never made us feel like we were asking anything ridiculous or that the long process was a burden for her. We always felt confident that we were being represented fairly, Pamela always had our best interests in mind and we truly feel like Pamela has joined our family. We ended up buying the perfect place for us and we will definitely use Pamela for our future real estate needs.

Over the course of the last eight months, Ms. Pamela Sweeney represented us in the sale of our house in the Sequoyah Highlands area of Oakland, California. Complicating issues contributed in making the time from initial contact to close of sale much longer than was necessary and it was only through Pamela's excellent service and efforts that it didn't take even longer. The situation was made difficult due to personal issues stemming from divorce proceedings between me and my wife. The house has been our principal residence for over 25 years and was ultimately placed on the market as a part of our divorce settlement. Unlike most sales, Ms. Sweeney was forced to deal with two individuals rather than one couple. The coordination of steps in preparation of the property, marketing, and eventually sale was made all the more difficult by a lack of cooperation from one of the parties. My thanks go out to Pam for months of hard work, competent work, and highly successful work.
