I would highly recommend Pamela. I contacted her based on receiving some of her mailers at my home. I live a good distance away from the property that I was selling and I needed an agent that I could trust to be responsive and follow through even though it wasn't the largest of sales and had some hurdles to say the least.

Pamela was wonderful to work with under demanding circumstances due to the fact that this was selling my late mothers home and I am over 700 miles away. This resulted in a lot of text and email communication. Pamela was always available and responsive throughout the entire process. While I was not part of all the discussions there were a number of times that Pamela had to communicate with the buyers agent. Pamela did a nice job anticipating and clearing hurdles before we got to them. There are a lot of emotions related to the sale of a home and Pamela did a nice job of keeping emotions in check and calming the family when needed. I would strongly recommend Pamela in the future.
