Pam kept me informed of the steps necessary in the process of selling my mother's house and the forms and expenses to expect. She helped me find a contractor to complete the work required to get the occupancy certificate. As we live out of state, she was able to scan and send me documents for my review and signature. This saved me from making unnecessary trips. My mother's house was listed, sold and closed in less than 6 weeks and Pam made the process smooth sailing!
We lived out of state and Pamela was willing to work any hours of the day to help us find a home. My wife is deaf and her knowing sign language made the searching process and buying process a lot less stressful for both of us.
