My wife and I rented a 2 bed/1 bath townhouse from Pamela for 4 years in Tucson, AZ. From the beginning she was a great landlord (easily the best landlord we have had). Everything involving our lease was incredibly transparent, and she was very attentive and responsive. Whenever there was an issue with the house, she would contact the appropriate people ASAP to get it fixed (e.g. - A/C, clogged shower drain, broken water line, etc.). When we first moved in, she promised not to increase rent and she kept her promise throughout our residence. There were no issues with the security deposit or any other financial things. There were no unannounced visits and she greatly respected our privacy. If we did not move away from Tucson, we would 100% rent from Pamela again!

Pamela, We aren't sure how to adequately thank you for everything you have done for our family. From bailing us out of a mess we got ourselves into (the transaction on our last house sale) to being our champion in this sale of our home while we were dealing with living in 2 different states - we couldn't have done this without you. You truly are the Guru and we are beyond lucky to have gotten to work with you and can now call you an amazing friend. Truly... THANK YOU for everything. You simply are the Best Realtor there is. I was connected with Pamela Amanna by a long time friend who had purchased a house thru her. Pamela was a joy to work with. We easily arrived at a common understanding of my needs and my budget. Pamela went above and beyond to assist me in selling a house while I live out of state. She used her trusted contacts to arrange landscapers, handyman, carpet cleaning, roof repair estimates and house cleaning. I couldn't have been as knowledgeable, nor efficient alone. This expedited getting the house photographed and listed. She staffed several open houses and provided prompt, detailed information on open house traffic, as well as on individual showings. She never steered me toward any offer over another, just outlined the pros and cons of each. (Talk about apples and oranges!) She checked on the house in between showings if I had a concern, such as whether or not contractors did their jobs. Pamela patiently answered all my questions when it came to offers and navigating the paperwork during the sales process. Her warmth, enthusiasm and compassion came through. She clearly enjoys her job, and it shows! She's a good communicator. Pamela is a valued agent.
