Working with Pam AGAIN :-) was hands-down the only decision we would have made for our move. Working with Pam is always pure perfection! A well appointed strategy was created and arriving home from vacation we had multiple offers above asking price within the first week! Pam is VERY knowledgeable and is always a text away for any questions that may arise. In true Pam fashion, she makes what is usually a highly stressful process, feel incredibly smooth and straightforward. If you want a real estate agent who is honest, fiercely protective of your interests, and genuinely great to work with, call Pam Downing. We can't recommend her highly enough!"
