I wish I had a photo montage of her checking every faucet’s water pressure, sliding a paper through floor slats of screened porches, and crawling up and down steps to check out sky-high attics or cavelike crawl spaces. Pam is absolutely amazing. A consummate professional who excels in every aspect of selling a house. She helped me figure out what needed to be done to get the house ready to sell. She talked me through the process of getting the list price set, and she listened to my concerns (and my stories about the house!) She was patient when packing took far longer than I anticipated. Anytime I had a question or concern (or unreasonable panic), she fixed it. And then, the listing was perfect - the wording, the photos, everything. Pam is also friendly and personable and a joy to work with. I felt like we just "clicked". We met multiple times in person, and had long phone conversations. If I texted a question, she'd answer immediately. I felt like I had her undivided attention with all the tiny details that come with selling a house. So impressive!
