Pam Collin did an excellent job helping Heather and me through the process of closing on our new home. We ran into some major complications with the septic system, including delays, questions about permits, and concerns about getting everything completed in time for closing. It became a stressful situation, but Pam stayed involved throughout the entire process and continued working to help move everything forward.
She communicated with us, helped us understand what was happening, and worked through the issues instead of letting the problems stop the purchase from moving forward. Pam went above and beyond to help make sure Heather and I were able to get the house we wanted.
We truly appreciate the time, effort, patience, and dedication she put into our closing. What could have been a very difficult and frustrating experience ended with us becoming homeowners, and Pam played a very important part in making that happen. We are extremely thankful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home.
