I would very likely recommend Paige Iwanaga to anyone wanting yo buy a new home. She was efficient, and always followed through when there was a problem. She was easily reachable when when we had questions and made everything move quickly and smoothly. She understood our needs and we selected the first open house that we viewed.

I just closed on my first home and have Paige to thank! Paige has been very helpful to me from day 1 of this process. She was able to answer all my questions and/or get me an answer to all of my questions. Thank you so much for your help, guidance, and friendship.

Paige Iwanaga was very helpful with preparing my mom’s house to sell after my mom passed away, scheduling the necessary people and following up to ensure that the work was being completed. Even though I grew up in Hawaii, I currently live in California and Paige was very communicative, updating me, once a week, every step of the way through closing of the sale. If I had a question or concern, she was able to get back to me by the end of the next business day. I thank her for being such a huge helping hand through this period of my life. Mahalo and Aloha! 🤙🏽

Paige was awesome to work with.

I met Paige through a referral. It was a very stressful time for me and my family, selling a home that had been owned by my family member for 50+ years. She immediately instilled confidence when describing how she would evaluate the current market and our property to determine the best option for our situation. Our property was going to need some attention prior to listing and from the first day that I landed on the island, she had a contractor meet us to discuss options and estimated costs. She was able to flex to our continually changing needs and moving deadlines. When we decided to do a "refresh" of the property, she provided me with multiple estimates in all of the trades that would need to be utilized. When I needed to return to my home on the mainland for a period of time, she became the general contractor scheduling and monitoring the work of all of the subs. She truly was an angel sent to my family when we needed one most. I can't express how much I appreciate her and all that she did. She delivered what she promised regarding the sale of our home, and went above and beyond anything that I could have expected of a real estate agent.

There was a little hiccup with the closing process and Paige knew we were on a time crunch. Paige was always available and made sure that whoever needed to speak to each other made sure it was done directly with no middle man, averting any confusion. We definitely appreciated her time and effort into helping us secure our next home!
