We had an amazing experience working with Oscar. Buying a home can feel overwhelming at times, but he made the entire process so much easier and less stressful. He was always available to answer our questions, explain things clearly, and guide us through every step. What we appreciated most was how dedicated and attentive Oscar was throughout the entire journey. From helping us find homes that matched exactly what we were looking for to negotiating and helping us through inspections and closing, we truly felt supported the whole time. We are so thankful for all the time, effort, and professionalism, and we would absolutely recommend Oscar to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor!

Oscar absolutely has your best interest at heart when buying a home. He’s patient, does not rush or pressure you into buying, and is a big advocate for his buyers. I felt comfortable enough to be guided through the whole buying process based on his many years of experience and found my dream home. Oscar walked with me every step of the way. He was available and very responsive no matter what time I reached him. He is thorough and detail oriented. I can’t say enough nice things about him and definitely recommend him for any real estate business. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Oscar.

Oscar helped us buy our first house in a tough market. He provided us with guidance and explained the process holistically from beginning to end. He acted as a proactive liason between seller agent and lawyers. I highly recommend Oscar.

Oscar Salas helped our family sell 2 homes. It was a prolonged process because my father passed away while in the process of selling the first house. Since there was no will, the estate had to go through probate. Oscar was with us every step of the way. He even managed the external drama with the buyers. He was patient and explained every step of the process. He made sound recommendations to. I live out of state and no longer have property in NJ. If I did, Oscar would be our agent!

Oscar is a true professional. He was involved from when my father's house was a regular sale. Oscar stuck with us when my father passed away and it became an estate sale. He had to sort through uncooperative buyers and drama among tenants. He did so with diplomacy and tact. I highly recommend Oscar to all buyers and sellers.
