I needed to move from my prevoius rented place because the owner is selling the house. Orestes was very helpful and answered whatever questions I have about relocating to a new lease place. He answers/messages back promptly. I am grateful for his real estate knowledge and advises. Deserving of five stars indeed!

It was a great experience to deal with Orestes as a realtor. He goes above and beyond the call of duty for his clients and potential buyers/renters. Orestes D. Canales will be my go-to realtor for future deals. Thanks

I would like to thank Orestes David Canales for always being so professional and coming through with the best results possible for my real estate needs. He was able to find the right buyer when I was selling my apartment and was able to sell it in no time with his relentless effort to deliver excellent results. On another occasion he was able to find the right tenant for my commercial property is less than one month. On both occasions he was able to provide the best marketing strategy in order to bring the right buyer and tenant. As a Real Estate Agent, he is very much dedicated to the needs of his client. He is always available to answer questions (24/7) and is always with a very pleasant and helpful attitude. He is also very knowledgeable on the best course of action to take during the real estate transaction process in order to arrive at the goal that one desires. Thank you Orestes for always being so professional, personable, with a very helpful attitude and for delivering positive results the times I have used you to handle my real estate transactions.

I highly recommend my agent for being so highly knowledgeable and being very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company especially my agent.

Our sales rep was professional from the beginning process till the end . He kept us informed at every stage of the negotiations and even stayed when we had issues with the buyer title company. We have recommended him to family and friends and will continue to recommend him and work with him in the future sales of our properties.
