Nina was incredibly helpful to me for finding a great place. I told her upfront that I wanted a no-fee apartment and she was very honest about whether or not the places we were looking at was no-fee or not. She ended up finding me the perfect place with all the requirements I had, which seemed almost impossible. Nina took care of sending all my paperwork for approval and all the communication.

My wife and I moved from San Francisco to New York on a Thursday. With only a couple days notice, we met with Nina on Friday and she had organized a whole day of apartment viewing. There was a good variety in our price range and by the end of the day we all had a good idea of what we were looking for. We appreciated the fact that she was patient with us and we never felt any sales-y pressure.

She not only was prompt in giving me a call and discussing everything little aspect of the type of lifestyle I was looking for but was also honest in explaining everything that goes into the real estate selection process and requirements in NYC. Just in our first day looking, she showed us so many locations and we even ended up loving one.
