She also found us a fabulous inspector (when the time came) who created an extremely detailed report with photos and diagrams of each issue. This was extremely helpful when both negotiating with the seller, and when hiring contractors to fix the issues. I should add that Nina also helped to connect us with multiple contractors and an HVAC company. She went totally above and beyond to not only help us find the perfect home, but also to make sure the process was a painless as possible for us.
