When we were unsure, concerned or even overly excited, she would lay out the various considerations and always give us space to think them through. She went over and above by being available and communicative. She followed up about ideas, offers and timelines clearly. She demonstrated so many times that she was listening and attuning her understanding of who we were and what we needed and wanted for a place we'd be calling our family home. Beyond procedures, she has an excellent knowledge of what the features of each house we saw were that could be deal breakers, esp on structural fixes. She was with us every step of the way from our first phone call to well past closing, even when we ended up having some challenges that meant we had to put our search on hold for a bit.

Niki first sold me this home and it was only fitting that she then Sold it for me. She had to talk me off a ledge a few times because I over think everything , however, me trusting her was how I was able to sell my house for $15,000 over asking price! Did I mention we Sold it in 3 days! She always answered/responded anytime I needed her and she made sure that I was protected the entire way! 10/10 would recommend!
