If we could give Nikki 6 stars, we would! We recently closed on a home we sold in the Davidson area, and Nikki was our listing agent. Prior to Nikki, we did go with another firm who was unable to sell our home in six months. We knew when we switched to Nikki we made the right decision! She got our home under contract in less than two weeks! She was incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly prepared to tackle our home with a pro-active marketing approach that worked! The best part for us is that we had moved away while our home was listed the first time, and Nikki handled everything locally for us up until closing day! Communication was superb, and her team worked diligently through open houses, marketing, etc. to get our home in front of prospective buyers. We couldn't recommend Nikki more highly, we only wish we had found her six months sooner! Good news, you can make the right choice and choose her from day 1 :)
