We had a great experience with Nikie, would recommend her to anyone.

I haven't sold a house before, but if everything in life was as seamless as Nikki made this be for me, I'd be a happy camper. I know she had many hoops to jump through, but made my part of the transaction an absolute breeze!!!! Would highly recommend Nikki!!!

Niki is the absolute best! I couldn’t have been doing this whole process without her.

Nikie is fantastic to work with, we have worked with her on buy, sell, and build job and would highly recommend.

Nikie saved this deal!!! Unfortunately, the designated buyer's agent should probably not be in this business, thankfully the Benson agents went above and beyond to put the buyers mind at ease and walk through each aspect of the transaction. Permission was granted by the buyer's agent for her to deal directly with the buyers in advance, so all agency guidelines were followed. Very thankful we have top agents to work with who know how to deal with challenges along the way to inevitably get the buyers and the seller what they both wanted. Great work Nikie & Heather!

Nikie is the best. I am so glad she is the agent selling my house. Seems to know everyone who walks through the door. She is professional, efficient and has made sure every detail of the sale is in place. Nikie kept everything organized. She is the GREATEST! I will use her again. Tony Libra Aspen Homes

Nicki was the absolute best! I felt like she was an old friend and she made the home buying process a lot less stressful than I thought it would be!

Always on top of client's needs.
