She hired an amazing photographer/videographer who made beautiful photos and a video that helped to sell our home in a matter of days. Niki also had beautiful pamphlets made. She tirelessly showed us new houses all over the large county we wanted to live in. She negotiated with the new owners of our home who purchased many items we would no longer need in our smaller home.
