Realtor Agent, Nicole Thompson was fantastic helping me sell my mother's condo in FL. When I interviewed for realtors, she was the outstanding candidate for me- she instilled such confidence and knowledge of the market and how the entire selling process worked, as I had never sold anything before. Nicole was very fast to respond to all my questions and emails and walked me thru every step and contract issues. She set up weekly calls to keep me informed of any status changes on the listing. Nicole also found a cleaner to clean the property for me, rearrange the furniture for a better look, made some trips to donate some items I had left in the condo and made the property more attractive for sale. She was also very fun to work with. Since I live out of state, she handled everything for me from afar and provided a great recommendation for an attorney to manage the sale of the property. If you need to sell property, you should certainly hire Nicole to handle the sale. Out of a scale of 10, she rates 15! I highly recommend her without a doubt!
