Amazing guidance!!!

I can't say enough about Nicole -- I have known her for over a year, and in all my real estate years, I have never seen anyone like her. I knew from the first day I met her that she would excel at everything she does. She always went above and beyond anything I needed help with, and I knew (sadly) that she would be going on to bigger and better things in our company. Now she has been promoted, but in her larger role, she is always there for any of us who need her help. If she doesn't know the answer to something, she will dig until she can figure it out. She is THE VERY BEST as everything she does!

Great, I was made aware of products & their use within L2L that can enhance & assist in our business. The presentations were easy to follow. Nicole also stayed after to speak with Agents with any questions about our session today which is always appreciated.

Nicole's Traveling Tech Training Class(Listings to Leads) in the Mentor Office on November 6th at 11:00 AM was very informative. We looked at the social media side of Listings to Leads and Nicole showed us how to post directly from LTL to our Business Facebook Page. From the PDF Guide(many items to select from to post for buyers, sellers, etc.), select one, select Social Media Post, and then click Post Now. Nicole showed us how to have this post go directly to our Business Facebook Page, I had no clue how to do this before today. When this post is opened, the lead goes directly to your LTL site, under the heading, leads. Also, the lead is emailed to my CBSchmidt email address with all of the lead's contact information. I never posted to my Business Facebook Page before since I did not know how to even post a listing or sold listing, our ASC would post sold listings for me. Now I can post to my Business Facebook Page regularly from Listings to Leads. This is another way to reach out to my past clients, current clients, my sphere of influence, and others who see my post. This is a small part of what Listings to Leads can do, but this is something that I can now do easily. Nicole, thank you for showing me how to use Listings to Leads to post to my Business Facebook Page. An awesome class!!
