Nicole was absolutely amazing to work with while looking for and purchasing our new home! I'm a first time home buyer and she was great at explaining everything to me and walking me through the process. I was looking in a pretty small town for our new home so I could be close to family and she was always on top of any new listings that matched what I was looking for. She was so on top of it that we wound up in a home literally right around the corner from family pretty quickly after beginning our search. She was also very helpful in helping me make crucial decisions like how to make a competitive offer on homes with multiple offers or how to best negotiate home repairs after a home inspection. I never felt like I was left in the dark as we were in constant communication and she is wonderful about prompt response. On top of all of this she was also really great with my four year old who came with us to look at a few houses and different things along the way which is a bonus that just doesn't get any better as a mom. I would hands down, no hesitation, pick her again and again to help me find my dream home.
