Working with Nicole was one of the best experiences we could have asked for while purchasing our first home!! What seemed to be daunting and an unsure process, turned out to be a dream come true. When we first sat down with Nicole, we reviewed the process, interests, goals, timeline, budget and overall what to expect. She provided helpful feel back and tools to start our search. We had open access to search online databases. We also received emails of listings that fit our search criteria. The process was simple and straightforward. Nicole was extremely helpful in reviewing areas and the listings. She gave us insight on what to expect and possible pros/cons. When we found interest in properties, Nicole worked quickly to setup showings that best suited our schedule. She always made time for us regardless of the time or day. We weren’t sure what to expect during our winter home search but we a found home and made an offer only within a couple of months.
