However, I would say we were most sold on working with Nick after our first video chat together where we talked through initial details. It felt like we would have an easy working relationship and have no problem voicing opinions and asking Nick for his along the way. Nick's incredible knowledge of the Tacoma area, the home buying process, and the ins-and-outs of what to watch out for made the past few months much less stressful than it could have been.
