Nicholette Mijangos has been absolutely incredible this past year. We were introduced to her in September 2025. We were living in the Washington DC area and needed to find a home in Fresno. She walked us through the process long distance, showed us homes when we visited, and educated us on California is different regulations than Virginia. We found what we thought was a perfect home in a lovely area. Due to the non-disclosure choice of the previous homeowner, and to no fault of Nicolette, the home ended up being next-door to someone with severe mental health issues who engaged in constant harassment the minute we moved in. Nicolette continued to guide us in our options, recommending real estate lawyers, and supporting us in the decision and process to put that home up for sale within six months of us purchasing it. This was such a stressful time for us, and Nicolette was a source of peace, wisdom, and support through the whole process. We really don’t know how we would’ve done it without her! The sale of this first Home was also a complex process because we knew we needed to legally disclose the situation with the Neighbor. Nicolette also provided deep wisdom in this process, consulted with her colleagues and superiors when needed, and dealt with a very complex buyer and that buyer’s team. Nicolette then helped us find an absolute perfect house in the Fresno High area. Because this is a sought after area with houses at a little cheaper price point, we had to look at five homes and go through bidding processes with each of them until we found our ideal home. It was through her excellent networking relationships that she knew this home was coming on the market and got us in there early and also did an excellent negotiation to ensure we were the winning bidders. The whole time, she was a deep source of wisdom, peace, thoughtfulness, care, consummate professionalism, and connector to other resources in Fresno. She celebrated us finally finding our dream home in a dream neighborhood, and being out of that original stressful situation. We cannot convey how brilliant Nicolette is at what she does and how she engages with people.
