Nate has by far been the BEST agent I have worked with!

Nate Haywood is an impressive real estate agent and I highly recommend his services! When the time came to sell my mother’s house, I needed a real estate agent, a lot of help with getting the house ready for sale, and with making sure things were OK with a vacant house so far away (I live 350 miles from Macon). Fortunately Nate was available and he admirably fulfilled these needs. Nate is so easy to work with. He’s only a phone call or text away. No matter the question or need, he got a solution for me ASAP. Nate helped me find a good estate sale company, arranged for thorough cleaning and found a contractor for repairs. He checked on the house throughout the time it was on the market to make sure all was OK. When we had a minor water leak, he made sure it was fixed right away. And he got the house sold. Nate managed it all and I never needed to make the trip to Macon. I don’t think you could ask for a better real estate agent than Nate!

Nate made buying a new home and selling ours at the same time feel smooth & painless. He worked well with our mortgage lender & helped us find a contractor to make repairs. He is a genuinely calm presence and was available to help us whenever we needed him. I cannot recommended him enough to those looking to buy or sell a home.

Nate is the best! He took the time to understand my needs, budget and preferences and exceeded my expectations the whole entire time. He is so patient, but yet so effective. I couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend him. He made everything so easy and painless. Thank you Nate!
