Nancy was very thorough and always willing to show us properties. She was very helpful in us finding our new home. We are very grateful.

Nancy was great in serving us while we searched for a new home. She was always available to show us a new listing. It was her idea to expose us to the area we are now living in. I am greatly appreciative for her willingness to go the extra mile in helping us. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new place to live. Thank you Nancy for a job well done.

I would not consider using anyone but Nancy McFall to buy or sell our real estate. She is the best agent we have ever worked with. I cannot say enough good things about Nancy!

We could not have chose a better agent to work with.

Nancy McFall was awesome to work with! She's very knowledgeable in what she does, and very willing to help you out in any way that she can to make it best for you and your family! I would highly recommend her !

We recently sold a home through Beverly-Hanks Waynesville. What a treasure Nancy McFall has been to us. We had confidence that she is very knowledgeable about the market in our area and were never let down. She knew just how to present our older home to show it's character and charm. When potential buyers had any complaints, she was helpful in guiding us in the right direction to correct the issue, if possible. She kept us informed promptly about viewings and their responses. Her friendliness and gracious attitude make her a joy to be around and her professionalism and knowledge of real estate certainly ease a buyers mind. I have already recommended her to a friend who is selling her home and would not hesitate to do so again.

Nancy Mcfall did a wonderful job for us. She was willing to take time out for us even to open the house on a Sunday . That was very unexpected and very much appreciated. We were very pleased how professional she was and will use her as our realtor again if needed. Nancy made this whole experience a pleasure.

Nancy has been our agent for three home purchases and one home sale. She has a detailed knowledge of all local suburbs and communities, is very attentive to our needs and our personal tastes, and is easy to work with. She handles all of our requests immediately no matter the day or time always puts our needs and those of our real estate deal first. We have continued to return to Beverly Hanks because of Nancy McFall, and will continue to do so as long as she is in the business.

Nancy McFall is very knowledgeable of the housing market and other aspects of Haywood Co. and the surrounding areas. She was very prompt in responding to every email, and I can't remember I time that I called her that she didn't answer the phone. Several times throughout the home buying process, I asked for favors involving letting me into the house to make measurements etc. and Nancy always seemed to find a way to let me into the house in the middle of what I know is a busy schedule. While Nancy was not my personal buyer's agent, I feel she was very fair and transparent with details regarding the property. I enjoyed her company and her perspective on various things. Thanks Nancy :)
