The most amazing trait about Nancy is, she makes you feel like you are the only agent she assists. She has an urgency about her that makes things "go". No matter how big or small the task, Nancy treats all my requests with utmost importance.

MY FIRST WEEK IN SUTHARK In the usual manner, Nancy was conversing with someone in the office. I immediately acknowledged a commonality.... southern expressions! I don't "speak Southern" as my son proudly said to classmates the first few months of 1st grade in NC many years ago. However, when I heard Nancy speak, it was like hearing girlfriends, aunts and Moms on any given day, in Alabama. It was the comforting sound of HOME! Relaxed, helpful, approachable, dedicated and incredibly intuitive are just a few attributes I've witnessed first and second hand. Nancy follows-up and circles back on EVERYTHING! Business cards, mail, forms, Canopy docs, on-boarding and more. She's also taken the initiative to address other issues I didn't realize I had! I've witnessed agents request assistance minutes before Nancy's day ended, she always INSISTS on delaying her exit to make sure everyone's taken care of. The IT factor is something very rare. It's in her southern blood, her nature, her laughter, and her innate charismatic way (Nancyisms : )) of moving in the world sooo effortlessly! What a blessing and a gift Nancy has been to me and our office!

Nancy is a truly amazing person, and she really understands the meaning of service. She is an excellent communicator, does what she says, and is willing to do what's necessary to make things right.
